Cancellation Window
You have up to 6 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. Once that period passes, your order may already be in our fulfillment pipeline, making it impossible to stop.

How to Cancel
Email us immediately at info@pryzt.com with your order number and the full name on the order. The faster you reach out—ideally within the six‑hour window—the better our chance to intercept your package.

Late Requests
If you contact us after 6 hours, your order is likely already being picked, packed, or en route. In those cases, we cannot promise cancellation will be successful.

Why Six Hours?
We aim to dispatch orders quickly—often the same day—so a concise cancellation window helps us maintain efficiency and get your items to you faster.
