We believe in making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s our full policy for exchanges, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing an order. Please review all information – item, size, color, and address.

2. 6-Hour Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. To cancel, email us at info@pryzt.com with your order number.

3. Change of Mind? Act Fast!
After 6 hours, we are unable to stop or alter your order. But don’t worry – eligible items can be returned within 30 days.

4. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for any qualifying item. Contact us before sending anything back.

5. When We Accept Returns
We gladly accept returns for:

  • Damaged or broken items upon arrival

  • Incorrect product, size, or color sent

  • Items that don’t match the product description

  • Manufacturing defects

6. What We Don’t Accept
We do not accept returns for items that:

  • Have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Are missing tags or original packaging

  • Were damaged due to misuse

7. Return Request Procedure
To begin, email info@pryzt.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

8. Wait for Approval
We’ll reply within 2-3 business days with instructions and our return address. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

9. Exchange Policy
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund, then place a new order.

10. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

11. Packaging Guidelines
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Pack securely to avoid damage in transit.

12. Provide Tracking Info
Email us the tracking number after you ship. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

13. Refund Delays
If you haven’t received your refund within 10–15 days, please check with your bank or contact us.

14. Late or Unapproved Returns
Returns outside the 30-day window or without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
