Shipping Time

We offer free standard shipping on orders over 14.99$ within pryzt. Estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to U.S. military bases.

  • We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order.

Shipping Delays

If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we will issue a full refund. For delays, please contact us, and we will respond within 12 hours.

Pryzt is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts and returned to us, pryzt reserves the right to cancel the order without issuing a refund.
